Ike talks about children (including his own) and their relationships with horses.
He feels that horses help to build self confidence, by showing us that anger and fear don’t play a part in working with horses because they don’t respond to it. Ike also talks about the history of the word “cowboy” which has its origin in slavery.

I chose to edit the Dorothea Bigsby interview because she sounded like a strong minded woman.
She was nostalgic about growing up in South Philly and stated that she missed it.
Ms. Bigsby’s parents were originally from Virginia and she spoke about them with much reverence, as well as her two siblings.
